Who we are
Little Spaces is a play-space design studio in Austin, Texas, run by Sphurti Saraph. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to hello@littlespacesatx.com.
What we collect
When you write to us. The form on Tell us about your little one asks for your name and email, and lets you add a phone number, where you live, your child's first name and age, how they like to play, and a few details about your space, budget and timing. Only your name and email are required.
When you book a call. The calendar on Start your space is run by Calendly. It asks for your name and email so the call can be confirmed, and it uses its own cookies to do that, so the calendar only loads once you have accepted cookies. You can change your answer at any time under "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.
When you browse. This site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you from page to page. [If analytics are added after launch, say here which service, and whether it uses cookies.]
About your child's details
We ask about your child because the room is designed around them. Only a parent or guardian should send us a child's details, a first name is enough, and both the name and the age are optional. We do not collect anything from children themselves.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare for your intro call, and, if we work together, to design your space. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
Two services carry your details to us, and each has its own privacy policy: [Netlify], which hosts this site and delivers the form to our inbox, and Calendly, which runs the booking calendar. Photos of finished rooms on this site are shared with each family's permission.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your inquiry after [how long]. If we do, we keep the project records for [how long].
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, at any time. Write tohello@littlespacesatx.com and we will do it.
